Discover one practical idea.
I build spaces where people can move from reading and reflection into practical action—with structure, accountability and the support of others.
Discover one practical idea.
Connect it to your life.
Complete today’s action.
Learn with the community.
Improve and repeat.
Knowledge becomes meaningful when it changes how we decide, work, or live. At CURI, members move through a practical loop: read a useful idea, connect it to real life, take action, share what happened, and reflect on what to improve. Structure, accountability, and community support turn learning into continuous practice.

Engaged execution peers driving everyday growth.
Total actions recorded across running tracks.
Structured tracking windows run concurrently.
Curated mental maps broken down into actions.
Daily challenges designed to spark momentum.
Interactive dynamic review and alignment calls.

A monthly personal growth community—run throughout 2024.
I created Better You Planner to help members move beyond collecting personal-growth ideas—to build better habits, use practical tools and turn reflection into consistent action.
Creating these community activities deepened my interest in psychology. That curiosity eventually led me to complete my psychology degree in the United States. In many ways, this community shaped my learning journey—and I’m deeply grateful for it.
“I joined Ma Su’s Better You Planner program in March. It’s a personalized program where she provides direct 1-on-1 feedback every two days, just like a personal coach.”
“I started using ChatGPT regularly and listening to TED Talks. I managed to cut down movie watching by 50% and focused more on watching content that actually adds value to my life.”
“I started using the Notion app to keep track of journaling and my to-do lists. Notion is definitely an app that everyone should be using.”
“Thanks to Ma Su, I built up the courage to shoot my very first vlogs. Filming daily vlogs during ‘Find Your Voice’ week gave me so much more confidence.”
“I’m no longer intimidated by reading e-books. Learning how to read efficiently using digital tools gave me the push to complete ‘The Science of Self-Learning’.”
