လူတိုင်းမှာ….

အားသာချက်ရှိတယ်။ အားနည်းချက်ရှိတယ်။

အလှတရားတွေရှိတယ်။ အပြစ်အနာအဆာတွေရှိတယ်။

ဒါကြောင့် တယောက်ကို တယောက်လိုအပ်တယ်။

အခြားလူမလိုအပ်ဘူးဆိုတဲ့ လူတယောက်မှမရှိဘူး။

ကိုယ်စားနေတဲ့ ဆန်ကို စိုက်ပေးတဲ့သူရှိလို့ စားပွဲပေါ်ရောက်လာတယ်။

ကိုယ်သွားနေတဲ့လမ်းကို ခင်းပေးတဲ့သူရှိလို့ နင်း လျှောက်လို့ရနေတာဖြစ်တယ်။

ကြီးမာ ခမ်းနားတဲ့ အရာတွေတည်ဆောက်တိုင်းမှာ Team ဆိုတာလိုတယ်။

အဖွဲ့လိုက် လျှောက်မှ ခရီးပေါက်တယ်။

Team တခုမှာလည်း ကိုယ်က လိုအပ်တဲ့သူဖြစ်နေဖို့ အရေးကြီးပြန်တယ်။

အသုံးချနေတယ်ဆိုတာ အသုံးကျမှ အသုံးချလို့ရမှာဖြစ်တယ်။

အဓိက က ကိုယ့်ရဲ့တန်ဖိုးကို သိပြီး၊ အဲ့ဒီတန်ဖိုးနဲ့ ဘယ်နေရာမှာ အသုံးချမလဲ၊ အသုံးချခံဖြစ်ချင်လဲဆိုတာကို ရွေးချယ်တတ်ဖို့ပဲ လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။

ဆုကတော့ Community ရဲ့ အသုံးချခံဖြစ်ချင်တယ်။

Community ကိုလည်း ဆုအသက်ရှိသရွေ့ အပြည့်အ၀ အသုံးချနေမှာဖြစ်တယ်။

ဘယ်နေရာမှာအသုံးချခံဖြစ်ချင်လဲ။

Everyone has strengths and weaknesses. Everyone possesses beauty as well as flaws. That’s why we need one another. There isn’t a single person who doesn’t need others. The rice we eat reaches our table because someone grew it. The paths we walk on exist because someone paved them.

It’s like a puzzle. To build something grand and significant, a team is essential. Journeys succeed when taken together. It is also important to be someone that a team needs. Being utilized means you must be useful first.

The key is to know your value and choose where and how you want to be utilized.

As for me, I want to be a valuable part of the community. And as long as I am alive, I will fully contribute to the community.
