၁. သိမြင်ခြင်း – Awareness
* အသစ်တခုကို စသိတဲ့အဆင့်
* စိတ်ဝင်စားမှု Curiosity စဖြစ်လာတဲ့အချိန်
၂. သဘောပေါက်ခြင်း – Understanding
* ပိုပြီးနက်နက်နဲနဲ နားလည်လာတယ်။
* သူများကို ရှင်းပြနိုင်လောက်အောင် သိလာတယ်။
၃.ခွဲခြမ်းစိတ်ဖြာသိရှိခြင်း – Analysis
* အသေးစိတ် ခွဲခြမ်းကြည့်တယ်။
* ကွာခြားချက်တွေကို မြင်လာတယ်။
၄. ပေါင်းစပ်ဖန်တီးခြင်း – Synthesis
* ကိုယ်ပိုင်အတွေးတွေ ထည့်ပေါင်းတယ်။
* အသစ်တွေ ထပ်ဖန်တီးတယ်။
၅. ပြန်လည်ဆန်းစစ်မှု – Reflection
* ကိုယ့်အတွေ့အကြုံနဲ့ ယှဉ်ကြည့်တယ်။
* ဘာတွေ လိုနေသေးလဲ ပြန်စဉ်းစားတယ်။
၆. ဖောက်ထွင်းသိမြင်မှု – Insight
* အရာရာကို ပိုပြီးကျယ်ကျယ်မြင်လာ
* နက်နက်နဲနဲ သိလာပြီး အမြင်သစ်တွေရ
ဒါတွေက တဆင့်ခြင်း တိုးတက်သွားတဲ့ သင်ယူမှုပုံစံပါ။

– Recognizing differences and distinctions.

4. Synthesis
– Adding personal thoughts and combining ideas.
– Creating something new.

5. Reflection
– Comparing it with your own experiences.
– Considering what is still missing.

6. Insight
– Seeing things from a broader perspective.
– Gaining deeper understanding and new viewpoints.
